Although modern compared to the NN wrecking crane A, the Kennecott Copper diesel-electric crane look great under the yard lights and fresh snow.
Steam locomotive #81, a Baldwin built 2-8-0 collects dust at the back of the shop in Ely, Nevada. Having last seen fire in 1960, the engine is classified as "inoperable". Who knows, maybe somebody with deep pockets will disagree.

Diesel locomotive #109 is an Alco built RS-3 unit built in 1950. Still operational it is a delight to watch even for non-diesel lovers.

Rotary Snowplow B was built in 1907 by Alco for the Nevada Northern and although it is currently not operational, it received some attention and looks much improved from my previous visit.

Also heading to the high-line is locomotive #93. It is pulling a work train for use in some run-bys.
